All garments will be set to you in perfect conditions. However, mistakes do happen & if this should be the case, I will be happy to received the item back and a full refund will be given in accordance with our returns policy.

Customers have the right to cancel their order up to 7 days after receipt of purchase (by email post or telephone or fax). The goods must be in perfect conditions - unworn, unmarked and with the original labels intact. it will be the customers responsibility to ensure that they reach us safety and they will be responsible for all postage costs. The money will be returned to the customers credit/debit card on receipt of the item at Lemon Tots Boutique’s. Please ensure you obtain a return
number to put on to the outside of your parcel & for your own reference.

Please also ensure that garments are returned as new, are folded neatly and are not squeezed into small packages.

Payment
We accept most major credit and debits cards with the exception of American Express. We will ask you for your details by telephone until secure arrangements have been put in place. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for dispatch.

No goods will be dispatched without a valid credit or debit card number and expiry date, and issue number where payment is made by Switch.

Prices
All prices quoted are in pound sterling and inclusive of VAT, though most children’s clothing is exempt in the UK. All prices exclude any delivery charges applicable.

You will be charged in Pounds, Sterling and your credit/debit companywill charge you in your currency as appropriate.

For customers and deliveries outside the EU VAT will be deducted.

All transactions will be deemed to have occurred with the United Kingdom and any local taxes due are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Goods
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. If a fault occurs within 28 days of delivery (normal wear and tear excepted) you may return the item to us, together with Receipt and Return Note, for a full
refund, or I will be happy to exchange it for another item. Items found to damaged as the result of customer abuse cannot be replaced or refunded.

Mail Order Returns Policy
Lemon Tots Boutique’s is committed to providing you with total satisfaction. All items purchased from Lemon Tots Boutique’s and returned, at your expense, within 14 days of delivery, in their original, unused and undamaged condition together with labels still attached and/or in the original packaging where appropriate, together with the Receipt and Returns Notes, will be accepted for full credit, exchange or refund as you choose.

If you email comments to Lemon Tot’s Boutique’s, I may wish to used them for
editorial purposes or in advertising or marking material unless you have expressly asked us not to.
